As Trish and John Fortin looked at the Reliability Framework for Asset Performance (Uptime Elements) and Health & Wellness programs for us humans, we can begin to see similarities for proactively managing the human condition for improved performance. So was born the Framework for Self-Management focused on creating "The Reliable YOU". Starting with the vision of youthfulness (Y) that many of us often wish for, then adding how to be organized (O) and understanding (U) the elements and tools. These helped Trish establish her 5-Ways self-management framework including important and effective topics such as;

Trish enjoys providing in-person informational sessions as well as running group workshops to help participants gain a better understanding of the framework and answer questions about tools, resources, as well as simple tips & tricks that can help participants get started right away. She is also available to conduct remote video sessions too!
